Who We Are

MyndShift is a non‑profit community social enterprise led by specialist mental health clinicians with extensive experience supporting children, young people, and adults. Our work is grounded in evidence‑based practice and specialist training in neurodevelopmental and neurodiverse conditions, including autism, ADHD, and associated mental health needs.

We provide practical resources and guidance across workplace and educational settings, the public sector, and community organisations. Our specialist training programmes such as Mental Health First Aid, Neurodiversity in the Workplace, Neurodiversity in Education, and wellbeing focused interventions equip professionals with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to support individuals of all ages effectively.

MyndShift delivers training and resources to businesses, schools, colleges, universities, non‑profit and public sector organisations responsible for the care, education, and wellbeing of neurodivergent individuals or those experiencing mental health challenges. All training is informed by frontline clinical experience and tailored to real‑world environments.

We work collaboratively with other non‑profit and community organisations to promote positive mental health practice, early intervention, and inclusive support. Our goal is to challenge stigma, improve understanding, and transform attitudes towards mental health and neurodevelopmental conditions creating safer, more inclusive communities for all.
