Course Overview
This comprehensive two-day regulated course offers a nationally recognised Level 3 FAA Award and Qualification. Building on the one-day First Aid for Mental Health course, this advanced training provides in-depth knowledge for those who will supervise and support Mental Health First Aiders in the workplace.
The course can be delivered in person at your venue, at one of our designated training locations or online. Supported by a comprehensive course manual, it equips participants with a range of practical tools, strategies, and techniques to create a supportive environment and confidently facilitate positive conversations about mental health.
Target Group
The regulated course is ideal for Heads of Service, Trainer/Assessors, Teachers, Line Managers, HR professionals, Wellbeing/Mental Health Champions, Health and Safety representatives and anyone who wants to qualify as a Supervising First Aider for Mental Health within the workplace.
